You've been on the receiving end of an e-mail that says "see my comments below in red," right? Me too. Wouldn't it be great if you didn't have to change the color of your text, but rather just have your response be prefaced with your name and/or company name? YOU CAN DO THIS!
The setting you will need to change in Outlook will take you LESS THAN 1 MINUTE! - and it will save you HOURS of time in answering questions and getting others to answer yours.
